Factors that can cause depression include chemical changes in the brain, traumatic life events, unresolved grief, or chronic physical conditions just to name a few. When depression happens, it can negatively affect your everyday life, your relationships, activities, work and school life.

Treating depression oftentimes comes from a collaboration of medication and individual therapy. We can coordinate with you and your doctor to provide the ongoing support essential to restore you. Some of the common modalities used in treating anxiety include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptation and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Polyvagal Therapy, Group Therapy. Not all these modalities are utilized at Total Wellness 365.
