About Stuart Lindle

After beginning a career as a journalist, Stuart discovered early-on the power of people telling their stories. Stuart's priority is that you feel heard and affirmed. By helping you find your voice, his goal is help you utilize therapeutic skills to enact real change in your life.

Through mindfulness and somatic interventions as well as trauma-informed cognitive behavioral approaches, Stuart will work collaboratively with you to find the therapeutic interventions that that work for you.

Stuart also has specialized experience in working with survivors of narcissistic abuse. Whether you are working through challenging life transitions or you're finally ready to take the time to focus on you, Stuart utilizes a person-centered approach that puts your perspective and goals first.

A Cincinnati-native, Stuart enjoys seeing how the city has grown and evolved over the years, creating spaces and platforms for more people to make their dreams a reality. In his work as a journalist, his favorite assignments were getting to talk to up-and-coming creators, chefs, musicians, and small business owners about where they came from and what they want to do.

Ultimately, Stuart is here to guide through your own journey of self-discovery, learn about your experiences, your struggles, and your strengths and become the person you were always meant to be.
